Man With HIV Admits To Sexual Assault
At a resort in Orlando, Kenneth Edward Creuzer, 48 years old, was arrested after he being accused of sexually assaulting a man in a hotel room.
According to reports, Creuzer walked into an open door of a room and sexually assaulted the man sleeping inside. But that is not the worst of the story. Creuzer is HIV positive. He has possibly introduced the virus to his alleged victim. Creuzer told a WESH reporter that he blames drugs and alcohol, claiming that if a door is open at the resort it is pretty much “fair game”.
Parliament House owner spoke to WESH reporter Bob Kealing, and stated that the statement made by Creuzer is not true. Continuing on to say that security walks around and encourages guests to close and secure their doors.
Parliament House resort is a well-known gay resort in Orlando, that opened in 1975. There is no known reports of any other sexual assaults at the resort. Parliament House is not the only resort in Orlando to have had sexual assaults occur on their properties. Disney World resort has had a multitude of issues, all being reported to authorities. Hotels around Universal Studios have also had a few issues reported.
Creuzer is charged with HIV infected person having sex without informing partner of status, a third degree felony. He is also facing two first degree felonies, Burglary with assault or battery, in this case assault, and Sexual assault on a victim 12 years of age or older with special conditions. He is being held in the Orange County Jail with no bond.
